Lucidus® Essencial is a food supplement composed of Bacopa, Omega-3, L-Arginine and a high content of B vitamins.

Lucidus® Essential contains vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) which contributes to normal mental performance and vitamin B6 which helps in the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

A daily dose of Lucidus® Essential provides a significant amount of the recommended daily dose to produce the claimed beneficial effects.

Bacopa
A plant used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, Bacopa monniera is also known as “Brahmi” or the intelligent plant. In addition, bacopa has a slightly calming effect.

Omega-3
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that contribute to overall well-being and mental performance. DHA is the dominant omega-3 fatty acid in the brain and has been shown to accumulate in areas associated with memory and learning, such as the cerebral cortex and hippocampus.

L-Arginine
It is an amino acid that contributes to improving intellectual concentration and physical vigor, constituting an excellent adjuvant in cases of physical and mental fatigue.

B vitamins
They are involved in the processes of obtaining energy and synthesizing neurotransmitters, and promote improvements in long-term memory. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. In addition, vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological function and also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to Use
