Valerian
Valerian is a plant traditionally used to reduce anxiety and nervousness. It helps reduce neuronal excitability, which gives it a calming and sedative effect.

Passionflower
Passionflower is a plant that grows wild in South America. It is traditionally used for cases of anxiety, restlessness, irritability and difficulty falling asleep.

Orange
It is used for its calming effect in controlling anxiety and also has an antispasmodic action, which helps to control gastrointestinal spasms associated with nervousness and anxiety.

Hop
The essential oil and bitter compounds are responsible for its properties. It has a sedative and spasmolytic effect, being useful in cases of anxiety and insomnia. Nêveda Herbaceous plant native to Europe, used in traditional medicine for its tranquilizing action.

Anti-caking agent: Tricalcium phosphate; Passiflora incarnata, Passionflower (Aerial parts); Valeriana officinalis, Valerin (Root); Nepeta cataria, Neveda (Aerial parts); Lactose; Anti-caking agent: Wheat starch; Humulus lupulus, Hops (Strobiles); Citrus aurantium, Orange tree (Flower); Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Titanium dioxide, Acetic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Talc.

Per 4 tablets:

• Valeriana officinalis, Valerian - 260 mg
• Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora - 260 mg
• Nepeta cataria, Nêveda - 260 mg
• Humulus lupulus, Hops - 128 mg
• Citrus aurantium, Orange tree - 128 mg

How to Use

Take 2 tablets at breakfast and 2 tablets at night.
